Shipping & Delivery

Delivery of goods: We will endeavor to deliver your order to you within 3 working days providing the goods are in stock (Unless a longer delivery period is clearly stated on the specific product page). If we are not able to meet this deadline, we will contact you within 5 days of receipt of your order to arrange an alternative delivery date. However, if this is not acceptable to you, we will offer you the choice of cancellation or a refund.

On some occasions the manufacturer has no stock of the item and the order is put into a backorder list, if we have to make special orders from Japan these orders can take upto 4+weeks.

Privacy & Security

We take our customers privacy and security very seriously. When we request your credit card details the connection from the server to your local computer will be via a Secure Socket Layer (SSL), an encryption technology that ensures a secure transaction from your computer to the payment gateway. You will see a padlock symbol located on your browsers status bar which confirms this.

To further enhance this security we do not store any customer or credit card and debit card details in our web server . This means that we will not keep customer's financial information or customer's card information.

Returns & Replacements

If products are faulty on arrival or the incorrect goods have been dispatched we will either arrange for the goods to be picked up at an appropriate time by a courier or you can arrange for the goods to be returned and we will refund you the delivery costs. We will then offer to send a replacement or issue a full refund for the goods returned. Before returning any goods you must call us on 01322 435330 to discuss and arrange the return.

If you wish to return goods for reasons other than a faulty product or incorrect goods, items can be returned within 14 days which will incure a 20% restocking fee of the returned goods.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Order Tracking

If you have created an account you can check your order status by logging into your account with the appropriate username and password you originally setup.

Within your account there are a number of stages your order will go through.

We will begin processing your order immedietely unless your items are on backorder.

During the processing stage your items will be picked and prepared for shipping.

Once your items have shipped we will changed the status of your order to "Completed" and you will receive an email confirmation with the order tracking number.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

All prices include VAT at 17.5%. unless shown otherwise. Delivery to UK mainland addresses is just £12 Including Vat on any size of order. For non-UK deliveries please call us on 01322 435330. Carriage rates are subject to change without prior notification.

Payment: We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Solo, Delta and Maestro cards. Payment will be debited from your account upon placement of your order.

Viewing Orders

If you have created a user account you are able to login to the My Account area of the website to view your previous orders. Here you can view the status of pending orders and also Reorder the same of any previous purchases.

Updating Account Information

If you wish to update any of your account information simply goto the My Account area to update your contact details.
